Unlike trendy or restrictive diets, macro planning is sustainable. It allows you to eat what you choose as long as it fits within your numbers. 

WHAT IS THE FORMAT OF THE WORKOUTS?

You will be using an app that contains, tracks, and guides your workouts. Detailed videos and instructions are provided. The app also allows us to communicate throughout the entire process. 

WHAT ARE YOUR QUALIFICATIONS?

I am certified as a nutrition coach and trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine.
